Please don't hesitate to contact us. Typically you'll see alot of groups state how they will do a scientific investigation and how they don't use Ouija boards and on and on. Look, we just want to help you figure out what's going on in your home or business and we believe all the equipment in the world is useless if the people using it don't know how to interpret the data. We spend time getting to know the limitations of our equipment and are constantly looking for new ways to use the data we collect to take the field in new directions. Too many groups out there want to wave around equipment without understanding what their readings are telling them. Good paranormal investigators are always trying look beyond what their instruments are telling them. Instincts, problem solving, the ability to mentally surround the reports of activity and see it from all sides are what makes a good investigator. We will continue to hone our skills in these areas until they are razor sharp and then we'll hone them some more. Keep in mind we will also attempt to find a logical explanation for what is going on. Please don't be offended by this. We are trying to represent this field in a credible manner and we can't do this if we run around taking pictures of dust and bugs,(commonly called orbs), and call it paranormal. There are many different types of hauntings. IF YOU HAVE ONE, we will try to figure out what type and make reccomendations from there. Also, if children are involved, don't just dismiss their claims. Yes, children have wonderful imaginations but if you feel there might be some substance to their claims; first look into it yourself, then if you feel like something might be going, contact us and we'll try to help. We have investigators who also have had personal experiences and may be able to shed some light on what's going on. We aren't the final word in paranormal but we're a good place to start.
