On July 22 2008 Toledo Haunted Occurrences Research embarked on it's most ambitious investigation to date. We had read the history. We had viewed the pictures. We had heard the stories and read the eyewitness reports of the activity that haunts this 5 floor and over 160,000 square foot structure. It seems as though some of Waverly's occupants were just as excited to see us as we were to see them. This EVP was caught a matter of seconds after the voice recorder was turned on at the beginning of the investigation. It sounds like a child saying "hello it's just me!"Double click to edit
